Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others succeed and creating a positive employee experience? We are seeking a Training Ambassador to support new hires as they begin their careers with our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees during onboarding, training, and certification, helping them gain confidence and become successful in their roles. As a liaison between Production and Employee Services (ES), the Training Ambassador provides guidance, answers questions, helps resolve concerns, and supports positive outcomes through effective problem-solving and de-escalation. This role plays a key part in employee engagement, development, and retention by ensuring new hires feel supported, informed, and connected from day one.

Sullivan, IL Schedule:
Full-time, Onsite Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for new hires during onboarding and training.

Answer questions and provide support to help employees succeed.

Assist with certifications and training records.

Support employee engagement and retention efforts.

Promote the Operator Progression Program (OPP) and development opportunities.

Act as a liaison between Production and Employee Services.

Help improve onboarding and training processes.

Be a positive role model and advocate for employee success. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the Operator Progression Program (OPP).Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading peers.

Understanding of production operations and expectations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive meaningful relationships.
