Job Description
The 1st shift Injection GAPP trainer will provide training to all new and recently moved associates following the approved company training method. Likewise train any existing associates moved through job rotation.
Responsibilities:
Train associates on correct production, quality, and safety processes using MTNA operating procedures Shadow associates in training to ensure correct processes are being followed Contain/Inspect all parts produced by associates in training Answer associate calls for training immediately and assist with any issues with their parts or process Complete paperwork as required, including but not limited to training checklist, containment form, refresh/retrain, audit sheets, shift information sheet, training documentation sheet Accurately update department training matrix weekly Ensure operation standards are accurate, update per temp op or changes to process Follow up with new hires on a regular basis to ensure Report any issues with trainee ability to the team leader immediately May be required to operate machinery if needed to maintain production Other duties as assignedSkills/Requirements:
