As a Production Trainer, you will play a key role in onboarding, training, and developing hourly production employees while helping improve employee engagement and retention. Position Responsibilities Conduct new hire orientation for production employees Train new and existing employees on production processes, procedures, and best practices Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring on the production floor Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Track employee training progress and document skill development Monitor employee performance during the training period and provide feedback to supervisors Build positive relationships with employees to encourage engagement and retention Reinforce quality, safety, and company policies throughout the training process Partner with operations leadership to identify additional training opportunities and support continuous improvement Qualifications Previous experience training employees in a manufacturing or production environment Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills Ability to work side-by-side with production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Passion for developing people and helping employees succeed Organized with the ability to track employee progress and training outcomes They need to be available to work rotating shifts as they would be responsible for training all new hires.
