Duties Deliver engaging classroom lessons on HVAC principles, electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and industry safety standards Conduct hands-on training sessions Assess student progress through evaluations, practical demonstrations, and written exams Foster a positive learning environment that encourages adult education principles and supports diverse learning styles Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and facilitate career opportunities Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and certifications earned Skills 8+ years of HVAC experience (Required) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and maintenance procedures Experience in curriculum development tailored to technical trades and adult education settings (preferred) Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and industry regulations Excellent teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively Ability to adapt instructional methods for classroom experience or hands-on training environments Join us as an HVAC Instructor to make a lasting impact by equipping students with essential skills that power industries worldwide!
