In-Home Assessment Specialist (PRN) — Central Indiana $40 per completed assessment + mileage Pay $40 for every completed assessment / home visit Mileage at the current IRS business rate ($0.76/mile) Paid training before you take visits Weekly pay available Schedule 100% PRN — no minimum hours Pick up as few or as many visits as you want Most visits daytime, Monday-Friday What you'll do Drive to assigned homes in the Indianapolis metro and surrounding counties Complete home orientations and required paperwork Assess ADLs/IADLs, the home environment, and caregiver fit Train the family or designated caregiver on the plan of care Complete follow-up / supervisory visits as assigned Enter notes the same day Requirements CNA, QMA, HHA, LPN, RN, or solid home-care / senior-care experience Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle Comfortable in client homes and with paperwork Smartphone or tablet for documentation Must pass a background check Currently looking for 4 candidates. Specifically one in Muncie or surrounding areas, one in or around Terre Haute and 2 in the Indianapolis area.
