Job Description

Come and join our Global SQ team, where Quality Is Who We Are! We are seeking a Training Coordinator who is ready to make an impact with our team! The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, creating, presenting and managing training programs to teach and enhance employee skills, performance, and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with operation managers and supervisors to identify training needs, managing training logistics, and evaluating program effectiveness. The ideal candidate has an excellent working knowledge of policy/procedures and understanding of the company's core values, and is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning, training and development. Location:
This role will support two separate employee worksites located in Princeton, IN and Huntsville, AL. As such, a successful candidate will be located near one of those two locations and have the ability to travel between the two worksites, and spend extended time away from the primary worksite, as needed to conduct training and support other training needs.
Compensation:
$50.5K - $62
K/year Schedule:
Onsite; Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM with flexibility as needed to support or provide training to other shifts.
How You'll Do It:
1.
Training Program Management:
Assess training needs by consulting with operations management and supervisor team. Evaluate the operation's customer performance metrics and determine training needs. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar. Coordinate the design and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Develop training and development tracking process, to ensure comprehensive learning strategy. 2.
Training Logistics:
Schedule training sessions and arrange venues, equipment, and materials. Manage registration, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations. Maintain accurate training records and databases. Design, implement and maintain a training "dojo". Direct leadership on management of on-the-job (OJT) portion of training program. 3.
Content Development:
Create and modify training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules including but not limited to Safety, Quality, Data Collection, Standardized Work Instructions, Auditing, Leadership, People Skills, other soft skills. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of content. 4.
Performance Monitoring:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data analysis. Prepare reports on training metrics and ROI to inform management decisions. Regularly assess both trainees and current staff for performance deficits, then develop and deliver level-up training. 5.
Compliance:
Ensure training programs meet legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure training program components meet customer performance standards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development. 6.
