What You'll Do:
As a Skills Trainer at Valley Oaks Health, you will have a dynamic and rewarding role that is essential to our core values and mission.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with clients and clinical teams to create personalized skill-building plans based on each client's goals, strengths, and areas for growth. Track client progress regularly, documenting improvements and challenges to inform treatment adjustments and support continuous improvement. Help clients apply learned skills to various environments, including work, school, and home, ensuring skills are practical and sustainable beyond training sessions Build meaningful relationships with clients to achieve outstanding results. We're looking for a driven, adaptable individual with a passion for mental health, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with others to achieve big things. Here's what we'd love to see in your background: Bachelor's Degree or 120 credit hours toward any degree or Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours High School Diploma with 2 years behavioral health experience required; for Child & Adolescent program one year behavioral health experience required At least 1 year of relevant work or volunteer experience Required Valid Drivers License Ready to Join Us?
