Job Description The Training Facilitator delivers instructor-led training in support of our Federal Government Client's implementation of a customized construction management system that will replace their current legacy platform. The Training Facilitator is responsible for conducting virtual and in-person training sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, construction personnel, leadership, and external contractors. The Training Facilitator ensures participants gain the knowledge and skills required to successfully utilize the new construction management system in support of the client's construction and project delivery operations. This position requires strong classroom facilitation skills, experience delivering software and business process training, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change initiatives across multiple geographic locations.
