Job Description :
Job Summary Responsible for assisting in the coordination and delivery of security training programs to ensure staff readiness and compliance with organizational standards. Supports the development, scheduling, and documentation of training sessions for new and current security officers. Participates in on-site and off-site training activities to promote consistent safety and security practices. Ensures accurate maintenance of training records and materials while supporting departmental education initiatives. Essential Functions- Assists in delivering security training sessions and onboarding programs for new and existing officers.
- Coordinates logistics, materials, and scheduling for field and classroom-based security training.
- Maintains and updates training documentation, attendance records, and certification files in accordance with departmental standards.
- Supports annual recertification processes by tracking completion status and ensuring timely renewals.
- Provides administrative support for training evaluations, surveys, and performance feedback.
- Travels to off-site facilities to assist in conducting security-related training and educational programs.
- Prepares and distributes training materials, presentations, and reference guides as directed.
- Supports the facilitation of security presentations during New Team Member Orientation and other staff meetings.
- Ensures compliance with safety, confidentiality, and organizational policies during all training activities.
