Manufacturing NPI Trainer II Key Responsibilities Support Industrial Engineering Technicians (IET) and Industrial Engineers (IE) during Engineering Builds, Product Validation, and product ramp-up activities by delivering required training programs. Develop, coordinate, and deliver training courses, hands-on training, and component-based training to operators, ensuring readiness and compliance with manufacturing processes. Maintain training records, certification files, and employee qualification matrices. Support Build Readiness activities, monitor training completion, and assist with build reports and training metrics. Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to identify training needs and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and EHS requirements. Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching and support to employees on the production floor. Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel:
Create and maintain spreadsheets, organize data, use basic formulas, and update training records.
PowerPoint:
Create and update training presentations and materials. Basic computer skills and ability to use manufacturing and training systems. Experience maintaining training records and qualification matrices is preferred. Preferred Technical Knowledge Knowledge of Rack Assembly processes. Knowledge of Server Assembly processes. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including receiving, material handling, and kitting.
