The position helps ensure that JCCO training, MVD Clerk training, employee engagement, retention, coaching, and workforce-development activities are organized, documented, communicated, and delivered efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Training Administration and Logistics Maintain the organization-wide training calendar, class rosters, registration lists, attendance records, room reservations, equipment needs, and training communications. Prepare, print, organize, and distribute training manuals, job aids, handouts, sign-in sheets, assessments, certificates, and facilitator materials. Support MVD Clerk training by coordinating trainee schedules, training locations, manager notifications, proficiency documentation, and required learning materials. Enter and maintain training completion, assessment, certification, and cross-training records in approved tracking systems. Assist with learning-management-system administration, online course assignments, user access, completion tracking, and reporting where applicable. Coordinate training supplies, vendors, refreshments, travel, and other logistics within established procedures. Employee Engagement and Retention Support Provide logistical and administrative support for employee recognition, engagement events, surveys, stay interviews, career-development activities, and retention initiatives. Compile survey responses, participation data, exit/stay interview themes, recognition activity, and other information for review by the Executive Director. Prepare employee communications, flyers, invitations, reminders, newsletters, and program materials related to training, engagement, and development. Maintain files and tracking logs for coaching resources, performance-development tools, and approved manager-support materials. Administrative Support Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, records, purchase requests, invoices, and routine office support for the Training & Engagement function. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and status updates. Receive employee and manager inquiries, route matters to the appropriate Training Manager, Executive Director, Human Resources staff member, or division leader, and maintain appropriate confidentiality. Assist with special projects, election-related staffing/training support, and organization-wide initiatives as assigned. Protect confidential employee, training, performance, and organizational information. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Ability to be bonded. Two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative, training-support, human-resources, education, customer-service, or related experience preferred. Experience coordinating schedules, maintaining records, preparing communications, and supporting multiple leaders or programs preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered. Physical Demands Work is primarily performed in an office and training environment and requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, hearing, and vision. The position requires frequent use of computers and office equipment, occasional travel among JCCO locations, and occasional bending, reaching, standing, and lifting or moving materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
