$550 per credit hour

On-Site Job Summary Madisonville Community College is in need of part-time instructors to teach a number of face-to-face or online Applied Technology at $550 per credit hour. Various Programs Advanced Integrated Technology Air Conditioning Technology Agriculture Agriculture Tech Automotive Tech Aviation Biomedical Tech Systems Computerized Manufacturing and Machining Culinary Arts Electrical Technology Fermentation Science Mining Technology Unmanned Technology Systems Welding Technology Job Duties Teaching assignment includes both respiratory lecture and clinical courses and may include face-to-face day and evening, hybrid, accelerated, and online delivery modalities. Foster an active and inclusive learning environment and utilizing our learning management system (Blackboard) for communication and feedback. Professional development. Must possess a strong commitment to student learning and will be receptive to using active and engaged teaching methods and technology in the classroom. Demonstrate an interest in the mission of the comprehensive community college concept.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications for each adjunct position in the Applied Technology Division are an Associates of Applied Science degree with three to five years of experience related to the respective program. Some programs require additional certifications/licensure. Applicants should possess excellent computer skills and communication/presentation skills.
