Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field. Designs, develops, and delivers training modules including presentations, manuals, role-plays, assessments, and evidence-based juvenile justice content. Coordinates mandatory training compliance , tracks completion of required courses, managesCPTP/LEO
registrations, and prepares all training-related reports. Leads and maintains New Hire Orientation and Annual In-Service Training, including facilitation, communication, content creation, and attendance tracking. Conducts needs assessments and surveys to identify training needs for OJJ staff and contracted providers; compiles and analyzes data. Supports agency training goals by aligning curricula with policies, SOPs, and performance improvement initiatives; coordinates scheduling, venues, and logistics statewide. Maintains systems to track training activities, participants, hours, and outcomes; develops pre- and post-assessments to measure learning transfer. Performs additional duties as assigned and participates in professional development to support continuous improvement.Position-Specific Details:
