Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects that contribute to the team's success. You will have the chance to observe professional work environments and start developing your personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will be involved in post-merger integration and value realization, helping businesses capture synergies and optimize operations. You will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, working on a variety of assignments that present varying challenges and scope. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value through strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services. Responsibilities Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal advisory services, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures Participating in post-merger integration projects to help businesses capture synergies and optimize operations Assisting in the development of strategic advice and due diligence processes to aid clients in making informed decisions Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and value realization Conducting research and gathering information to support client engagements and project goals Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation activities during client engagements Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and understanding of the business environment What You Must Have Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program.
