E Salary Range:
$64,832•90,500 Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location:
Ipswich, MA or Medford, MA Purpose/Objective:
Designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance for the retail and consumer operations division. Also provides support and assistance on the maintenance and administrative functions of those training program. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of pertinent regulations and internal policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
Develops, implements, and facilitates training programs to support retail and consumer operations. Performs administrative requirements for all training, follow up and tracking. Books training locations, schedules all participants, and assists in the facilitation of various training programs. Ensures all training support materials are provided to participants prior to attending class. Prepares and provides pre-or-post materials to participants. Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through various methods such as contact with direct supervisors of participants to assess behavioral changes based on information obtained in training, data collection, and job shadowing as outlined by the Training Director Maintains training materials, courses, and workshop presentations to support ongoing initiatives and training programs necessary to successfully integrate new employees in the retail and consumer operations network. Ensures training documentation is maintained for regulatory compliance. Assists with special projects and campaigns. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to banking and financial transactions, as well as Beacon Bank policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties. This position requires periodic travel throughout the Bank's footprint
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience:
5+ years in retail banking in various areas 1-3 years of training experience with adult learners
Skills & Knowledge:
Superior verbal and written communications skills Ability to effectively communicate with employees of all levels Self-motivated; able to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Experience with virtual training delivery The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position.
