  • SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Technology Training Specialist to design, develop, coordinate, and deliver technology-focused training programs.
The role will work with technical and business stakeholders to assess learning needs, develop training content, support technology adoption, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess technology training needs and identify skill gaps across technical and business teams.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on technology training programs.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, job aids, exercises, labs, and supporting documentation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, learner-focused training content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational and project objectives.
  • Coordinate training schedules, sessions, participants, communications, and training logistics.
  • Support technology implementations and organizational change initiatives through structured training and knowledge-transfer activities.
  • Evaluate learner understanding and training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, completion metrics, and other appropriate measures.
  • Maintain and continuously improve training curricula and learning materials based on technology changes, learner feedback, and business needs.
  • Track training activities, attendance, completion, outcomes, and other required metrics.
  • Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to users following training delivery.
  • Stay current with relevant technology, tools, platforms, and modern learning approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technology training, technical enablement, instructional delivery, learning and development, or a closely related field.
  • Strong experience developing and delivering technology-focused training for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating structured training materials and supporting documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives, priorities, and deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience developing hands-on labs, demonstrations, simulations, or technical exercises.
  • Experience measuring training effectiveness and reporting learning outcomes.
  • Experience working in Agile or other structured delivery environments.
