Secret ServiceNow Trainer

Secret ServiceNow Trainer Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for a ServiceNow Trainer to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate will be a part of a ServiceNow implementation. The company is looking to transition three legacy systems into ServiceNow. They have already transitioned the telecommunication and CMDB module and now moving onto orders management. This candidate will be a part of the team to create an application that end users will be able to order various types of satellite products. This trainer will be responsible for creating and developing different training programs and materials for external users of the system. This pe3rson will be working with stakeholders and the development team to ensure training materials that are created are correct and useful for the end-user.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Level II - within 2 weeksBachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 4-8 experience within technical developmentPrevious experience creating and developing training material, training videos and facilitating training sessionsPrevious experience working within an agile environment and participating in daily, weekly, and monthly scrum meetings Experience with the ServiceNow applicationExposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.

Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified.
