Medical Assistant - Renaissance Foot & Ankle Center About This Role Join a specialized, high-energy podiatry practice where you'll develop clinical skills that most medical assistants never get to master. We're looking for someone ready to grow quickly—prepping procedures, scanning for custom orthotics, educating patients and their families, and becoming an expert in a field that most people don't even know exists (until they need us). You'll work alongside experienced doctors and a tight team in a practice that handles everything from sports injuries and wound care to fracture management and advanced surgical procedures. This isn't a typical medical office—and we don't want a typical hire. What You'll Do Diagnostic & clinical work : Taking X-rays, scanning patients for custom orthotics, prepping for procedures Patient care : Prepping patients, administering treatment plans, communicating with care, building relationships Procedure support : Assisting with office procedures, laser treatments, and instrument maintenance

Coordination :

Managing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments Documentation & systems : Patient charting, inventory control, administrative support Every task connects to patient outcomes—we track it, measure it, and celebrate it.
