By leveraging your expertise in instructional design and technical training, you will play a critical role in enhancing the operational readiness of our Cyber & Intelligence teams and ensuring the success of high-stakes national security missions.
THE WORKAs a Technical Trainer Staff member within the Cyber & Intelligence division, you will lead the end-to-end development of complex technical learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to translate intricate technical data into high-impact instructional materials, ensuring that our personnel are equipped with the precise skills required to support our strategic goals.

THE WORKAs a Technical Trainer Staff member within the Cyber & Intelligence division, you will lead the end-to-end development of complex technical learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to translate intricate technical data into high-impact instructional materials, ensuring that our personnel are equipped with the precise skills required to support our strategic goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning, and instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
- Ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans.
- Convert technical written materials and training requirements into online and instructor-led interactive courseware.
- Develop flow diagrams and storyboards to create instructionally sound eLearning solutions utilizing a variety of delivery media.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure the absolute technical accuracy of all instructional content.
- Create comprehensive course manuals, training aids, and audio/video materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Draft and finalize detailed training documentation and prepare instructional materials from technical source data.
- Present technical training materials to large audiences and conduct customized training classes.
- Evaluate system training requirements to create clear training objectives and goals.
- Develop comprehensive training plans and associated curricula.
- Identify and manage the resources necessary to implement training plans and ensure all execution aligns with established goals.

#ONELMHOTJOBS Basic Qualifications- Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.
- Must possess a Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
Full-Time Salary Range:
