Responsibilities:

Lead training sessions for new and existing warehouse team members. Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to teams. Maintain accurate training records and materials. Collaborate with teams to refine training processes.

Qualifications:

Training or teaching experience, preferably in a warehouse or apparel setting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Equipment experience in a warehouse is a plus. OSHA Train the Trainer certification preferred (training provided) Why Join Us?
