Job Description

Talent Development Specialist

Required Skills & ExperienceAt least 4 years of relevant experience (combination of talent development, HR, L&D, organizational effectiveness, corporate communications, and/or program management)

  • Experience coordinating and facilitating training, workshops, or team sessions
  • Knowledge and application of ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design frameworks
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort and experience with using AI tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and comfort in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, OD preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite apps and collaboration technology toolsNice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting HR, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and/ or Internal Communications functions in Corporate pace
  • Familiarity with assessment tools such as DiSC, Predictive Index, Hogan, Korn Ferry
  • Experience with learning management systems and employee listening platforms
  • Experience with Canva and internal communications platforms
  • Experience working in matrixed environmentJob DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an organized, collaborative, and execution-oriented Talent Development Associate (Contractor) who can flex across a range of responsibilities to support Talent & Culture's priorities.

This role will provide operational, programmatic, and communications support across talent development, associate engagement, and organizational development. The Specialist is a high-visibility role that is critical in ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives including client leadership development programs, team effectiveness sessions, corporate training sessions, and support for associate engagement. Pay range $25 - $30/hr
