Program Overview:
Insurance Career Accelerator Target Start Date:

October 1, 2026 Our 3-Year Insurance Career Accelerator is a structured development program designed to give early-career professionals real-world experience across the business while preparing them for long-term success.

Each phase builds intentionally:

Year 1: Insurance Fundamentals Gain hands-on experience across underwriting, claims, client advising, sales and service. Build a strong foundation through training, mentorship, and daily coaching. Year 2: Leadership Development Expand your expertise while developing relationship-building skills, working with clients, and learning how to build trust and influence as a professional. Year 3: Account Management & Ownership Manage your book of business, build referral partner relationships, and operate with increasing independence and earning potential. What You'll Do Participate in a structured, multi-year development program with real responsibility Learn all aspects of the insurance business through hands-on experience Work closely with leadership through mentorship and coaching Build relationships with clients and referral partners Contribute to team performance and overall agency growth Continuously develop your skills through training, feedback, and real-world application Who We're Looking For Highly motivated, coachable individuals early in their career Strong communicators who are eager to learn and grow Competitive, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset Interest in business, client relationships, and long-term career development Job Specifications Bachelor's degree (preferred) Ability to demonstrate leadership (in office, in your community, or from past work

•54,500 with additional monthly performance incentives. Team members in this role should expect to earn an additional $1,500

•3,000+ per month through incentive commissions after initial onboarding/training.
