Job Description Construction Specialist Assignment:

Virtual | Must reside within the Heartland footprint: Michigan, Indiana, or Kentucky Job Description We are seeking a Construction Specialist to support Project Genesis by overseeing and monitoring Business Partner activities and ensuring construction-related tasks are completed and updated on time in P2. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor Business Partner activities to ensure tasks are updated on time in P2.
Coordinate aspects of construction activities, including materials, labor, and resource allocation planning.
Provide technical advice and support to departments including Procurement, Design, and Construction.
Monitor project cost estimates and evaluate change orders submitted by Business Partners.
Review new jobs to ensure the task plan and scope of work are properly aligned.
Support construction activities and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Must be able to read and understand Comcast Coax and Fiber design prints.
Background in the cable industry.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple construction activities.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Must have access to a reliable Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Must reside in MI, IN, or KY.
