$75,000 - $198,000 a year - Full-time, Contract. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, licensure, and level of responsibility. You will work closely with leadership and technical teams to develop pursuit strategies, build partnerships, and expand business with existing and new clients. What You'll Do Lead business development efforts for state transportation agencies, local municipalities, and other public and private clients. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new project and service opportunities aligned with company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teaming partners, consultants, and industry stakeholders. Develop pursuit strategies, including client positioning, teaming approaches, and differentiators. Lead and coordinate proposals and qualification-based pursuits with company leadership and technical staff. Manage the business development pipeline, including upcoming opportunities, active pursuits, submissions, and results. Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, networking events, and other business development activities.
