Tailor materials to the workflows, roles, and processes of different departments. Content Coordination& Management Coordinate content creation withSMEs:
Work with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and turn it into engaging training materials.Maintain and organize learning libraries:
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible via the LMS or knowledge portals. Technical Integration& Collaboration Align learning with system functionality: Translate system changes (e.g., software upgrades, new tools) into relevant training updates for users.Collaborate with IT/system administrators:
Understand changes in platforms (likeERP, CRM, HRIS
) to proactively develop or adjust training resources. End User Support& Enablement Facilitate or coordinate training sessions: Conduct or support live sessions, webinars, onboarding workshops, or department-specific walkthroughs. Develop "how-to" resources: Quick guides, tip sheets, and scenario-based learning assets to help users with daily tasks. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Learning& Development or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, or end-user support.
