Leadership Development Associate Minnesota Sales Group has an immediate opening for a Leadership Development Associate supporting our LeafGuard campaign. This Leadership Development Associate position is built for someone who wants to move into management and is willing to earn it within the office! Minnesota weather is hard on homes: spring melt, fall leaf load, winter ice. LeafGuard solves a problem homeowners here already know they have. As a Leadership Development Associate, you'll build and develop the team by having those conversations every day. What you will do as a Leadership Development Associate Meet with customers to discuss LeafGuard gutter protection systems Generate new customer acquisitions and contribute to sales goals Track sales performance metrics and business results Participate in Leadership Development Associate training and development Assist with leadership and team-building initiatives Develop professional communication and sales skills Qualifications required for the Leadership Development Associate Strong leadership and communication skills.
