As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a high-performing Professional Commercial Education Manager to support commercial expansion.
Responsibilities:
Own curriculum and content development for both clinician-facing and sales-facing training pathways. Conduct and facilitate new hire training events, delivering programs through classroom-based and field-based formats. Review training outcomes and update training materials on an ongoing basis, identifying gaps, incorporating improvements, and managing related feedback and requests. Manage training equipment, including demo devices, inventory levels, and maintenance. Proctor new surgeons during live ProVee cases as needed, providing in-case guidance Support physician faculty and peer to peer meetings and events, ensuring consistent technique, messaging, and teaching standards across all faculty-led sessions. Participate in competency assessment and sign-off processes for clinicians and sales team members, working in partnership with the Professional Commercial Education and Sales teams.
Qualifications Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering, or related clinical/technical discipline, or equivalent clinical/commercial experience. 10+ years of experience in clinical training, medical device education, or commercial training within the medical device or healthcare industry. Experience designing and delivering classroom-based and field-based training programs. Experience proctoring new surgeon cases. Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. Willingness to travel regularly (minimum 50% of time) to support field-based training, coaching, and sponsored programs. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to train both clinical and commercial audiences. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across sales and marketing. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growing commercial-stage medical device environment.
