Develop, support and maintain training materials such as SOPs, job aids, videos, checklists and presentations. Maintain Training Schedules and ensure all required certifications are completed on time. Assess worker skill levels and recommend additional coaching or retraining as needed. Onboarding Lead orientation and on-the-job training for new production employees.
Partner with supervisors to ensure smooth transition of new employees into their roles. Track progress and provide feedback to trainees and management. Process and Quality Support Collaborate with production, quality and safety teams to ensure training aligns with current processes and regulatory requirements. Observe production activities and identify opportunities for process improvements or safety enhancements. Reinforce adherence to SOPs, quality standards and safety protocols. Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, certifications, and competency assessments.
Ensure training programs comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist with audits by providing training documentation when needed. Communication and Coaching Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to production staff. Communicate changes in procedures, equipment, or expectations clearly and effectively. Create a positive learning environment that promotes employee engagement continuous improvement. General Follow all Nahan Safety and Quality Standards.
Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Leader.
Able to assess situations quickly, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions that support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications, displaying a strong attention to detail.
Proficient with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, training software).Ability to work independently, part of a team, displaying patience and resilience in challenging situations; ability to create and support a calm learning environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal. Secondary language in Spanish or others, value added.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or leadership roles strongly preferred.
