$46,405.00 (Pay Grade G7) This position does not qualify for shift differential or additional duties pay for administering medications.

Responsibilities:
This is a vocational training and development position accountable for the delivery of pre-designed direct care orientation and in-service training programs. Employees are responsible for assisting administrative staff and supervisory personnel to identify training needs, prepare training materials, and handle the logistics of training identified staff. This position is responsible for overseeing the on-the-job training that takes place at the Individualized Support Living (ISL) homes, coaching new staff, in-servicing Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans, competency and fidelity checks, emergency drills, e-mail/computer training/tutoring and identify training needs. Knowledge, skills and abilities: Knowledge of training methods and techniques for presenting training. Ability to operate audio-visual aids and other equipment used in the training process.
Typical qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
