POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for dependable, caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers. Multiple shifts are available including days, evenings, and overnights. Weekend availability is required for all positions. This is a hands-on role working directly with our residents to assist with daily living activities and ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Administer medications as directed and in accordance with facility policy and Missouri regulations. Monitor and document resident health, behavior, and any changes in condition. Prepare and serve meals and assist residents with eating as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Respond to resident needs promptly and with compassion. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding resident care. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Genuine compassion for elderly and vulnerable adults. Reliable and punctual — our residents depend on consistent care. Ability to work weekends — required for all positions. Must be able to pass a Missouri background check. Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person. Hiring Bonus if current CNA or Med Aid certification but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older.

COMPENSATION
$15.00 per hour. We are a small, family-owned facility and while we may not be the biggest operation in the area, we treat our staff with respect, communicate openly, and work hard to make this a place people want to come to every day.
