Job Description
Overview A Field Training Specialist for Next 150 Construction Co, delivers hands-on training programs for field staff in a self-perform labor environment. PREFERRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION S
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Human Resource Development, or HSE; Journey-level craft experience or military experience will be considered in lieu of degree. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials. NCCER Instructor Certification preferred. NCCER Proctor, Evaluator, Performance Verifier, APE, or CPE credentials preferred. Bilingual English/SpanishKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design Strong communication and facilitation skills Experience with LMS platforms and training documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $85,000.00- $125,000.
