Training Specialist K and C Stepping Stones, LLC Springfield, MO Job Details Full-time From $23 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Interview skills training facilitation Career exploration workshops facilitation Job search strategy workshop facilitation Leadership development programs Training Full Job Description Provide all new hire training in accordance with Department of Mental Health, including but not limited to Stepping Stones Orientation, Missouri Abuse and Neglect training, MANDT and First Aid/CPR. Maintain current and up to date certifications for all employees within the agency Print/Provide current employee certifications to administrative team Assist HR in onboarding and training process for all new employees Review and maintain all trainings through Relias Training Systems Assist Director of Training with DATA input in Therap tracking systems Enhance goals for Stepping Stones strategic plans aligning with agency Core Values Maintain HIPAA and personal information regarding staff and consumers served by agency Attend and lead training courses assigned weekly, including recertification
