What you'll do Build lasting relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates Work with clients to fill urgent, high-impact positions Find, screen and qualify candidates through outbound calls, then match them with the right opportunities Prepare candidates and clients for interviews and help negotiate job offers Run reference checks and keep every search moving Get the most out of gpac's recruiting tools and resources What you bring Strong verbal and written communication skills The drive to keep up high outbound activity Confidence building relationships over the phone Integrity, discretion and strong ethics Effective negotiation skills A degree is preferred but not required Willingness to complete gpac's training program You'll thrive here if you think like an entrepreneur, love to compete, set big goals and want a job where your effort sets your income. gpac is growing fast, and we're interviewing now to add new partners to the team.
