High School diploma or equivalent Experience working with youth in a guidance-oriented atmosphere required Missouri Class E Driver's License preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and/or implementing local and national programs for Club members grades K-5th. Together with Program Director, requisition materials and supplies needed for effective program delivery. Demonstrate understanding of trauma-informed classroom management and maintain an environment that promotes equity and inclusion for all members to enhance member experience and promote a sense of belonging. Implements fair and consistent behavioral support measures to promote a safe and positive environment for youth. May serve on and collaborate with internal Cohorts or volunteer for BGCS events. Maintain cleanliness of area, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, glass-cleaning, sanitizing of surfaces, etc. Other duties assigned

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often in a clean, non-smoking, heated and cooled office environment. The employee will also frequently be outdoors with exposure to dust, pollen, and outside temperature and weather extremes associated with the region. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
