As our Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist, you will shape how our associates and leaders learn, grow, and perform. You will spend 50% of your time creating modern, engaging digital learning content and 50% of your time facilitating virtual training sessions, ensuring our teams achieve rapid time-to-proficiency while delivering an exceptional candidate and learner experience. Content Design & Digital Innovation:
You will use instructional design frameworks and platforms like Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia, and Adobe Learning to build interactive e-learning modules, microlearning videos, facilitator guides, and job aids. You will translate complex servicing policies, regulatory requirements, and client software workflows into clear, engaging content. Success in content creation is measured by content accuracy, on-time delivery, material adoption rates, and reduction in knowledge decay through high 30- and 60-day post-training retention pulse scores.- 50%
Virtual Facilitation & Leader Coaching:
You will leverage Microsoft Teams and Zoom to deliver live, interactive onboarding programs, leadership workshops, and continuing education sessions. You will apply adult learning principles to create an encouraging environment for diverse learning styles. Success in facilitation is measured by post-training assessment scores, overall learner Net Promoter Scores (NPS), positive candidate experience ratings, and a faster time to first value / time to independent production for new cohorts.Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
You will partner closely with Operations, HR, and client leadership to analyze performance gaps using internal dashboards and LMS tracking. You will determine whether performance issues require training, coaching, or process clarification, continuously updating training assets as operational requirements evolve. Who You Are To feel confident and equipped from day one, you need:- At least 4 years of virtual facilitation and instructional design experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Business paired with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated mastery of adult learning frameworks and instructional design methodologies applied to high-volume operational or servicing environments.
- Proven proficiency using digital content tools (such as Articulate 360, Vyond, or Synthesia) and virtual collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams or Zoom).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying root-cause performance gaps and coaching employees toward higher confidence and quality output.
- A dedicated home office environment equipped for reliable virtual delivery, active video engagement, and seamless multi-system management.
