FIG has a Recruiting & Internship Manager position available. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. This is not a people manager position.YOUR ROLE
The Recruiting & Internship Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of FIG's Early Talent Program as well as recruiting for internal FIG positions. The Recruiting & Internship Manager will report directly to the Director of HR and work closely with all department leaders.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Intern Program:
Implement a year-round intern program based on FIG's internship goals. Continue to evaluate new approaches, policies, and procedures to ensure continual improvements in the efficiency of the program and services performed Liaison between the company and the educational institutions, including attending college job fairs and events. Train and equip interns with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the program, with the possibility of them joining the company full-time, should the opportunity arise Be the main point of contact for interns from pre-hiring to post-internship completion Work with department leadership to ensure a successful program Oversee general human resources responsibilities including correcting timestamps and approving timecardsRecruiting:
Conduct the full recruiting cycle for open FIG positions Partner with hiring teams to gain a clear understanding of position requirements and hiring needs. Post and manage open positions on our internal ATS as well as job boards. Review and disposition all applicant resumes Conduct initial interviews, present candidates to the hiring team and coordinate interview scheduling.WHY YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON
2-3 years of recruiting experience Experience in program management preferred Passion for career development and building relationships with new people Requires excellent organization skills Ability to multi-task priorities Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, best practices Open-minded with a flexible thought process and proven ability to problem-solveBenefits
