Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides oversight and coordination of the work performed by the Learning and Development staff. Coordinates and helps resolve the issues and tasks. Plans, teaches, coordinates and evaluates educational programs -- to meet the needs of CaroMont Health staff. Uses various tools to identify skill gaps and collect feedback from staff and managers to determine learning needs for the organization. In collaboration with the Senior Director, assists in the development, delivery and evaluation of a multi-year, system-wide plan for leader and staff development. Works with other internal departments and external partners on student clinical experiences. Provides support for LMS administration, CBL development, and Corporate Orientation.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in health/business administration, human resources, education, psychology or a related field is required. Expertise in Organizational Development and/or Instructional Design is preferred. Requires at least three years of experience in the healthcare sector and previous supervisory experience. Thorough knowledge of educational principles and strategies. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, eLearning software, databases, and web tools. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
