Job Summary:
The role of Learning Consultant is primarily focused on providing opportunities to enhance workforce skills, improve performance and foster a culture of learning at CaroMont Health.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Human Resources, Education or related field required; advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years in healthcare training, performance improvement, or clinical settings; experience in L&D or instructional design is beneficial.
