Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading training programs. Develop and maintain the training matrix for the site and other KPIs. Own training record-keeping metrics and ensure audit-ready documentation. Supervise the network of site trainers to implement best practices. Provides guidance and coaching to department leaders to ensure execution of safety and functional training. Experience with updating training programs to incorporate policy, regulatory, legal, and system changes into the curriculum. Identify, train, and lead qualified on-the-job trainers for all production areas. Create both digital and classroom-based training content. Learning Management Software - Owner. Communication with internal and external training agencies and advisory services. Partnership with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to provide guidance on training content, delivery, scheduling, and logistics. Identifying training needs, creating and overseeing development plans, and implementing strategies to ensure continuous employee growth. Their main goal is to ensure that employees possess the necessary competencies to advance in their roles and contribute to the organization's success. Conduct training. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in education, Training & Development, HR or related field - Preferred. Training certifications preferred. 3-5 years' experience in training development and delivery - Preferred. Experience with Learning Management Systems. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate projects and deliver results. Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. Must be able to adjust to changes in workflow, prioritize as needed, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated strong sense of urgency and ownership of process. Prior experience working in LEAN manufacturing organization - Preferred. Some benefits of joining
