Application deadline: Jul 31, 2026 Join us in building scalable, authentic learning experiences that will shape the next generation of engineers and project managers across Amazon Robotics, enabled by the power of technology. Amazon Robotics is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join the Learning Experience & Technology (LExT) team. LExT sits within the Amazon Robotics- Technology Enablement and Solutions (TES) team, and owns the operational learning vertical of Amazon Robotics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience 2+ years of acting in a team lead capacity, supporting, training, and mentoring less experienced maintenance technicians experience 2+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience 2+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience 2+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience High school diploma, or equivalent Experience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation or an equivalent professional qualification, or experience in facilitating Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed Travel 50-85% depending on deliverable requirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
