Responsibilities Assists the Training Manager in preparing, organizing, and providing standard training, specialized training, technical training, or counseling in designated areas Design content for internal communications and initiatives Craft content for audiences including presentations and training documentation in a format consistent with ECS graphics and branding standards and collaborate with the Marketing Team on such standards Provide clerical/administrative support to the training and development function of the organization, including writing correspondence and making copies Coordinate schedules, including the master schedule of training programs and courses maintained, and fixes scheduling conflicts Coordinate activities of instructors engaged in training employees or outside clients Prepare schedule for classes, based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session Maintain updated curriculum database and training records Facilitate training calls Proctor internal exams Coordinate training events Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School or GED, BS in related field preferred 2- 4 years (degree can substitute for experience) About Us ECS is currently ranked #66 in Engineering News-Record's Top 500 Design Firms (April 2025), #144 in Engineering News-Record's Top 200 Environmental Firms (October 2024) and #50 in Zweig Group's Hot Firm List (June 2025).
