We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Lincoln team as a Treatment Specialist . You don't need a medical background—we will provide full clinical training on our state-of-the-art technology, including OptiLight (IPL) , TempSure (Radiofrequency) , and OptiLift . In addition, you will support the doctors with specialized pre-testing and general optometric assisting, keeping you connected to the core of our medical practice and patient base. Job Skills Training Advanced Ocular Aesthetics:

Master the application of OptiLight (IPL) and TempSure (Radiofrequency) to treat dry eye disease while providing aesthetic skin-tightening benefits. The "OptiLift"

Protocol:

Learn our signature approach to non-invasive eye rejuvenation and patient care.

Clinical Skin Analysis:

Understand how to evaluate the delicate skin around the eyes to ensure safe and effective treatment settings.

Patient Education & Transformation:

Learn to guide patients through their "Eye Exam Journey," from initial diagnostic testing to post-treatment care and maintenance.

Key Requirements Steady Hands & Fine Motor Skills:

You will be working with advanced laser and radiofrequency handpieces in the delicate eye area; precision is a must. "Aesthetic Eye": A natural interest in skincare, wellness, or medical aesthetics. You take pride in helping people look and feel refreshed.

Polished Communication:
