Outbound Fulfillment Trainer, Littleton, NH Develop & maintain training programs for our Outbound Processors. Min. 3 years successful business experience. Day shift.

Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the training program for new employees in our busy Outbound Fulfillment department.
Primary responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining training programs geared toward the adult learner Adapting techniques as needed for individual trainees Analyzing trainee performance and establishing benchmarks Assessing trainee performance and providing feedback Coaching employees while maintaining their self-esteem Recommending remedial action when necessary Continually improving the effectiveness of the training program Qualified applicant will have: 3 years successful business experience Completion of Train the Trainer Training (will provide) Proficient on AS400 computer system (will provide) Strong interpersonal and coaching skills Skilled in time management and problem solving Ability to tolerate ambiguity and interruptions Strong analytical skills Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
