by providing joint training and readiness expertise to 54 JFHQ-State and territory organizations across five U.S. regions. Responsibilities include
JTS/JELC
integration, workshops, exercise support, readiness reporting, briefings, database support, and travel or teleworking. A Secret clearance is required. Summary of Duties Supports NGB joint training readiness by integrating JTS, conducting state support visits and workshops, developing
JTP/JELC
products, supporting exercises, managing databases, and reporting metrics. Duties Supports JFHQ-State and territory integration of Joint Training System processes. Conducts joint training, support visits, workshops, and readiness improvement training. Reviews and develops Joint Training Plans, assessments, objectives, and J/AMETLs. Provides Observer, Controller, Trainer support during exercises and documents observations. Supports JELC planning, execution, evaluation, templates, milestones, and exercise products. Maintains training databases, user support, metrics, calendars, rosters, and reports. Prepares and presents program briefings, status reports, trip reports, and recommendations.
