Plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate activities based in core program areas: Sports, fitness & recreation, character & development, the arts, education & career development, and health & life skills. Must be available to work from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to drive passenger vehicles with children in them.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of youth development outcomes. Develop positive relationships with youth while enthusiastically implementing educational and fun program activities. Ensure all youth are safe, and provide positive guidance to manage negative behavior and eliminate bullying. May be required to transport youth in company vehicles. Maintain and care for equipment and supplies throughout the Club. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's (in progress) preferred. Previous experience working with children/teens is preferred. Knowledge of youth development and a desire to inspire and enable youth to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth. Ability to organize and supervise youth in a safe and fun environment. Effectively and appropriately communicate with parents and other staff members. Experience or aptitude in tutoring/mentoring all youth in a variety of subjects. Valid state driver's license Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test
