Job Description
Come work for the Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada! The Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada's core purpose is to provide a safe, structured, and positive place for youth to learn, grow, and thrive . Staff help kids build confidence, develop life skills, make friends, and discover their talents — especially during critical out-of-school time. Working there means your daily work directly contributes to helping young people reach their potential and succeed in life. Youth Development Professionals are responsible for the daily supervision and facilitation of programs and activities for youth ages 6-12. Programs include sports, social recreation (Games Room), S.T.E.M., art, education, and outside activities. Monday-Friday 2:00-6:30pm (schedule will differ for school early releases and full day programs - additional hours available during breaks and full-day programs)
