Job Description
Keller Williams Hudson Valley Upstate Network is seeking an organized, energetic professional to help our real estate agents grow productive, successful businesses. This role combines onboarding, training, coaching support, event coordination, and agent accountability. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure agents have the tools, systems, and resources needed to succeed. Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding for new agents Conduct weekly orientation sessions Support agents with technology, training, and business systems Schedule and promote training events and classes Assist leadership with recruiting and retention initiatives Maintain follow-up systems and accountability programs Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable training and presenting to small groups Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Positive, service-oriented attitude Why Join Us?
