Preferred Qualifications Experience with:
Aerospace painting and coating systems Anodizing Passivation Chemical conversion coating Plating Polishing Masking techniques Surface preparation Plating processesAS9100 NADCAP FAA
Repair Station operations Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma OSHA and EPA compliance Learning Management Systems (LMS) Key Competencies Technical expertise Adult learning and instructional delivery Coaching and mentoring Communication and presentation skills Process standardization Attention to detail Quality focus Regulatory compliance Continuous improvement Team collaboration Problem solving Leadership by influence Physical Requirements Ability to work throughout production and laboratory environments. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds. Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary. Comfortable working around industrial chemicals, paint systems, and manufacturing equipment.
