Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead youth group activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development Manage classroom settings with effective behavior management techniques to ensure a positive environment Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times Implement first aid protocols and respond promptly to medical emergencies using CPR and AED as needed Facilitate educational sessions incorporating childhood development principles and special education strategies Support children with diverse needs through tailored activities, including tutoring and behavioral support Collaborate with team members to develop age-appropriate curricula that align with youth development program goals Requirements Proven experience working with children or youth in educational, camp, or childcare settings Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid, CPR, and AED operation required; ongoing training preferred Experience with special education or working with children with special needs is highly desirable Strong outdoor work experience and comfort supervising children in outdoor environments Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with youth and team members Background in theater, babysitting, Christian counseling, or youth programs teaching experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to lead group activities and facilitate engaging youth programs effectively Join us in creating a vibrant space where young people can explore their potential! Pay:
