Job Description

Position Summary:
Conduct on-site clinical training for customers to educate Physicians and Staff on devices in the Northeast territories, including NY, NJ, PA, DMV, etc. This position involves extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site clinical training at provider offices on the safe and effective use of their devices. Extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips. Provide customer, sales representative, distributor and clinical trainer support via phone, email and personalized webinars. Provide clinical support to sales representatives at customer sales demos and marketing events. Assist in the development of training materials for all aspects of training needs including end users, clinical trainers, sales representatives, and distributors. Support customer educational events to provide onsite demonstrations, answer clinical questions and provide general clinical support. Assist in the delivery of the train the trainer program, conducting and presenting at training seminars. Other duties as needed or required.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
RN, NP, PA or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an aesthetic office treating a variety of dermatological indications such as hair removal, vascular, photo rejuvenation, acne, tattoo removal, body contouring, etc. Minimum of 5 years' experience treating with aesthetic lasers Experience training medical staff on similar medical devices highly preferred Experience with travel-based fieldwork highly preferred Self-motivated and ability to work independently Strong written and spoken interpersonal, communication, and training skills
